BETH'S SPECIAL FRUIT CAKE

Fruity, moist and full of flavour containing dried fruit macerated in French Brandy and fruit juice, nuts and preserved ginger and matured for at least 3 months.



ULTIMATE SICILIAN LEMON

Tangy lemon sponge drizzled with Limoncello syrup, layered with lemon buttercream and home made lemon curd.



CARROT CAKE

A flavoursome cake containing organic carrots, ground almonds and orange zest with a creamy orange filling.

A deliciously moist cake made with organic chocolate and infused with Baileys Irish Cream and layers of chocolate truffle buttercream,



TIRAMISU

Coffee infused sponge cake with an Espresso and Rum creamy filling.

Moist Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and home made raspberry preserve.


INGREDIENTS

All cakes are made using the freshest of ingredients, containing welsh butter, free range eggs and some may include our own home made fruit curds, preserves and gold medal award winning marmalades.

Sugar flowers are all hand crafted for each cake and coloured to match the bride's bouquet and colour scheme.

To achieve a flawless finish all cakes are covered with a delicious layer of home made almond paste and fully iced.
